Japanese Shibori Haori Taisho period. Circa 1920. Woman's silk jacket with tie-dye decoration. 50"across the shoulders; 36½"long.  Very soft, light-weight silk, with shibori lining also.  This early garment is in excellent condition. The color is lovely in this piece, but not completely accurate in these photos:  the blues are actually a little softer, and the reds are slightly stronger.   $585 K-5970   Detail photo below                Full front view below
